"La personne qui nous a accueilli pour 1 séjour de 2 nuits pour la saint Sylvestre nous annonce que le chauffage était en panne ! Panne qui de toute évidence n'était pas récente. La température extérieure était d'environ -5°. On nous propose un autre gîte beaucoup plus petit avec seulement 1 toilette pour 8 alors que nous avions réservé 1 gite avec 4 chambres équipées chacune de salle de bain et toilettes. "Huge house, with a nice pool and an attentive host to sort problems. We had a lovely family holiday but a few issues need pointing out. The kitchen is very small for such a large house. It does need a sort out and a deep clean. The area around the pool is breaking up in places and is and a hazard with young kids running around. The positives far outweigh the negatives and I'm highlighting these points as areas to improve rather than complaints. "

"The hotel is fantastic, the pool and the amenities in general are very neat. They offer us a baby crib and the front desk people were fantastic. The only bad side is if you do not speak French it was very difficult to get service at the one restaurant available because no one but the front decal and the manager speak English. I guess if you travel to a country where French is the first languages expected however for the price I would have expected more English friendly service. "
