For 4 to 6 people. Non-smoking. No animals, thank you.
Functional apartment and in very good condition, located in a quiet and neat residence.

The entrance to the building is secured by a code. Access to the first floor is via a wide staircase.
The apartment has a surface area of 53 m2 and benefits from through light.
The entrance leads to 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each (140 and 160), a bathroom with bathtub until November 30th. Then the bathroom will be completely redone and the bathtub will be replaced by a shower, (dryer hair, dryer), separate toilet.
The fitted kitchen (large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hob, coffee maker, extractor hood ...) is open to the dining area and living room (TV, radio, DVD player)
The living room includes 2 convertible sofas (120) (ideal for children) and a coffee table.
All beds are fitted with quality duvets and pillows.
Many closets are available for storage.
Manual adjustment of electric heating.

The outdoor terrace is covered, it has a table and chairs to enjoy the sunset over the bay. For your comfort and to guarantee a better insulation we installed a second sliding window door between the terrace and the living room.
We provide you with: the garage (for city cars) in the courtyard of the residence, as well as a space in the common bicycle room.
On request when booking, you can have a travel cot and a high chair.

Located facing the sea and Cap du Hourdel, along the promenade or on the cycle path.
2 minutes walk from the large children's playground (slides, swings, spider web ...), rubber bands, inflatable structure, chip shop, ice cream parlor, Rosalie.
2 minutes walk from a beach access equipped with a shower.
5 minutes walk from the tourist office.
10 minutes walk from the city center.

Don't forget your binoculars to watch the seals from the terrace!

Great stay in Le Crotoy
This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay.

Beautiful view
Ideal apartment for a couple or young family. Good use of smallish space. Access could be a challenge for people with mobility issues as stairs to apartment are steep. Beautiful views across the bay. Shops just down the road. Good cycling country.

Un spectacle permanent, aux premières loges !
Quelques jours entre ciel et mer, avec une vue imprenable sur la Baie de Somme... juste la digue à traverser pour arpenter la baie à marée basse, le balcon protégé pour voir arriver la marée haute et le soleil se coucher en face... L'appartement deux chambres est confortable et parfaitement équipé; le garage est un plus. La propriétaire est très accueillante. Impératif : les bottes, les jumelles et de quoi peindre ou photographier !

Es war eine tolle Woche in der gemütlichen Wohnung von der sympathischen Vermieterin Dominique. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend, die Wohnung gepflegt und liebevoll dekoriert. Es hat gut getan, am Strand entlang in die Stadt zur Boulangerie zu laufen oder abends zum Muschelnessen auf der Promenade.

Wir waren zu 5 (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Teenager) in der Wohnung und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Ortskern und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und kann vom Balkon aus das Wattenmeer und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Verständigung auf Englisch hat Problemlos funktioniert.

Super Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung war für eine Woche ok.
Unsere Woche war sehr schön, die Lage toll, das Wetter angenehm. Die Wohnung war nicht sehr anspruchsvoll aber ok. Negativ war allerdings bei der Ankunft und auch zwischendurch bei wenig Wind roch es sehr nach Gülle oder Abfall, das war widerlich.

Top Lage.
Tolle Wohnung für zwei. Mit vier Personen eher beengt. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. In einer Woche ist es kaum zu schaffen auch nur die Topsachen zu machen. Fahrrad mit nehmen!! Tolle Touren möglich. Garage ist zwar eng für ein Auto aber es geht. Fahrräderunterstellmöglichkeit im Keller. Und nicht das Fernglas vergessen: Vom Balkon aus jede Menge Robben zu sehen. In der Umgebung Störche, Schwäne etc... Landschaftlich tolle Radtouren, bspw. von Abbeville nach Amiens. Super.
