This comfortable studio is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a recent seaside residence, Château Leenhardt, offering direct access to the beach through the garden. Situated in the heart of the village, in a quiet and sought-after area, everything is within walking distance: shops, markets (downtown and Boucanet), restaurants, tapas bars, cinema…

Enjoy unobstructed views of the sea, the Aigues-Mortes bay, and La Grande-Motte from the northwest-facing terrace — perfect for admiring stunning sunsets.

Bon emplacement et belle vue ! c'est tout ! Chambre : lit trop coincé vers la fenêtre, passage difficile. Lits superposés en cabine : trop chaud en été, impossible d'y dormir, étouffant. Cuisine : aspirateur plein, impossible de l'utiliser; manche du balai ne tient pas; manque ampoule dans le micro-onde; bac à légumes en plexi du frigo cassé; portillon congélateur fragile à la limite de casser; 2 poêles plus qu'usées; manque ampoule dans hotte de ventilation. Living : radiateur tient pas (on a dû mettre des livres dessous). 2ème ventilateur : pieds cassé. Pas de parking, pas de balcon, pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de WiFi, réception TV souvent interrompue. Salle de bain : correcte.
