“Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available:
- coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for
1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price;
- no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to
'just use toilet tissue')
- getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle:……

“I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.”

“Other than breakfast food was an issue. Many times, there was nothing open and the hotel only serves food during very limited hours. If you were out and missed the window, there wasn't food available. Also, on one of the days there was a specific plate of food they were serving.
