Plus récemment, ce sont des débris de brique romaine et des éclats de silex blond qui ont été trouvés par Michel Gruet (1912-1998). Il y a un siècle se voyaient encore à l'arrière les restes du tumulus, totalement disparus depuis, à cause des travaux agricoles. lusus naturae : "caprice de la nature". “après avoir été accueillis très froidement par la gérante, qui nous a fait tout un discours sur l'écologie, nous avons passé une nuit très froide dans une yourte, d'ailleurs au niveau écologie laisser un radiateur à bain d'huile en marche toute la nuit, dans une yourte très mal isolée est ce écologique ???
