There is only one entrance into the house through the basement. We had one person that was in a wheelchair so they basically had to stay in the basement. My parents are older so they had to use the stairs to get in and out. Small issues with cleanliness. There was laundry left in washer when we arrived. Counters had rice from previous guests. Stove didn't look very clean when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he said he would check in with cleaning crew. The house was beautiful! The scenery was beautiful! Kitchen needs to be better stocked. Several of us burned our hands using their pots and pans. Not much to cook with or utensils to use for dish passing. Also didn’t like that we got left 5 garbage bags and five dishwasher tabs. Especially over the holiday when nothing was open. The views were amazing. They were doing a lot of construction in the neighborhood, so there were a lot of vehicles to go around to get to the house, but they didn’t block the access. The kids and adults loved the video games, which were great when we were stuck inside due to rain. Our only complaints were the temperature in the house. The upstairs tended to get warm, while the downstairs was very cold. The one thermostat struggled keeping all of the levels at a certain temperature. It felt like there was 20 degrees difference between levels. Also, the kids , that slept downstairs, complained that whenever we used water, it sounded like it was running through the pipes in the walls and was very loud.
