• This charming home is truly designed for living in the mountains. On the main floor, the master bedroom/bath features a queen bed, Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet. The main floor also includes a fireplace, powder room, and nice-sized laundry room with washer/dryer, perfect for hanging/storing winter gear and drying out your ski clothes at the end of the day. The upper level includes a cozy loft, perfect for curling up with a good book, 2 queen bedrooms and full bathroom.

• A fully-equipped kitchen with pantry basics, spices, and a large dining table make in-home meals convenient, and many of the restaurants deliver. (Rudloof's Pizza, LaJavelina and Kristall's are just steps away from the house, but if adventuring downtown, be sure to check out Stein, Colchuck's, Sulla Vita, Larch, and Icicle Brewing Company)

PLEASE NOTE, our permit with Leavenworth to rent this home allows a maximum of:
6 (six) people (excluding children under the age of 6). Failure to comply could result in a fine issued by the City which will be charged to the booking guest and a request for extra guests to vacate in order to ensure compliance with the City code.

Our stay here was amazing! The location is truly unbeatable. The walk into town was quick and easy, but its far enough away so it's not "in town" and it was more tucked into a little neighborhood street. We loved the view and spent plenty of time out on the nice back deck. Terry was a fabulous host and answered any questions we had, as well as provided a ton of great info & recommendations for our stay. We came for a fun couples weekend and are already wanting to come back next summer!

Atmosphere and location convenience

It was so nice not to have to fuss with parking issues in town as this home was just 5 minutes away walking.It was very quiet and temperature comfortable with the air conditioning.The deck was lovely and had enough seating for us.One of the best stocked kitchens in any previous VRBO’s I’ve been in.Terry the host was so friendly and available for any issues if we needed.The beds were so comfortable and plenty of extra linens and blankets. We could tell this property is well taken care of.

Wonderful house and amazing location

We had a great time staying at Quail Run! The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. It's just far enough from the highway and downtown to be quiet, while still being a short walk. We left our car parked for the weekend (except for a 20-minute drive to a horse ranch) and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I took a couple of work meetings from the deck on Friday and all my coworkers were jealous of the view of the river and the mountains.

Perfect view and walkable to everywhere

We loved our stay here! The back patio overlooks the river and you are a quick 5 minute walk to downtown. The putting course is right by the house. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was great to cook in and had some basic spices, oils, vinegars, etc. In the evenings we spotted deer off the back porch. The neighborhood was quiet but convenient. The porch is pretty toasty in the morning but is shady in the afternoon and all evening! Terry was sweet enough to welcome us inside and make sure we knew all the basics. Comfortable beds and pillows. Ample towels. I appreciated having tea bags in the house to sip on with that view.

Fantastic Get-Away

A wonderful home just minutes from downtown and Riverfront park. We got to enjoy the wonderful restaurants, lights, and amenities of Downtown Leavenworth while at the same time celebrate winter by wwlking in fresh snow at the Park. We did all our own cooking at the home and we had everything we needed! We will for sure be coming back. Highly recommend!

We celebrated my uncle's 70th bday and this was the perfect home for this. Very clean and well stocked. Short walk into town for all the funtivities. Terry is a super host! Thaank you for everything!

Amazing time in Leavenworth

We had the absolute best time. It is such an awesome location with walking distance to town and the riverfront. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the deers eat apples. The house is clean, pretty, open and perfect for couples! Thank you, thank you!

Fantastic stay in Leavenworth

What a fantastic home! Master suite is amazing and separated from the other beds (nice for getting away from kids). Short walk to “downtown”. Nice deck overlooking the river. Great kitchen! Great hiking within short driving distance. Thanks for a great stay in Leavenworth!

A Great Place to Stay

Location Location Location!

This place was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed our short walk into town everyday. The house was clean and Terry communicated during the entire process of our stay. I would recommend this properties if you to be in the downtown area of Leavenworth. We love everything about our stay.

Perfect location

The location of the rental is ideal for downtown Leavenworth. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night, no need to drive. You are located in the heart of the town. Terry was a great host with a sweet welcome gift. Very accommodating and the house was clean. We loved our time traveling to Washington to hit the beautiful trails! Enchantments were truly amazing! Bridal veil falls and lake serene were beautiful as well!

Leavenworth

We had a wonderful time. The place was very pleasant and clean. The hostess left us a very nice welcome basket as well as a review of all the restaurants in the area. Its a delightful little bavarian style town and the home is very close to everything. We went skiing and the slopes were only about 30 minutes away.

Great holiday stay!

The property was very nice and amenities were great. Our family of four had a great time in the spacious home and enjoyed a quiet holiday in Leavenworth. Terry was very responsive in everything from check in to checkout and regularly in touch to ensure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The gift basket and welcome note was a fun and warming touch when we arrived! Location is perfect walking distance from downtown Leavenworth. Will definitely consider this place again in the summer to make use of the deck and river view as well as do all the outdoor activities nearby.

Excellent Property

The location of the property was excellent and very walkable to downtown Leavenworth. We parked our cars at the property and didn't move them once to tour all things downtown Leavenworth during Oktoberfest when parking can be an extreme challenge. Terry (the owner) was very communicative during our stay and had excellent local knowledge which was very helpful. The property itself had great views of the river, was very well appointed on the inside and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Leavenworth.

Annual Xmas kick off

Everything was perfect. the beds (although king size would be much better) were comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were super clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, even the soaps were nice. very tasteful decoration with a delicious welcome bottle of wine. Terry thought of everything. The flock of turkeys and the deer were very entertaining. i enjoyed waking up early and gazing out to the river sipping my coffee with the fireplace going and the Christmas tree lit. the very short walk to town is great so we could keep going back and forth when needed.Best VRBO we have ever stayed in.
