"Although the stream was devastated by the Vermont floods, it was still enjoyable to relax and watch pass by. Several opportunities to explore the area for fishing and hiking. Host was very accommodating and attentive. The wood burning stove made some of best vacation breakfasts ever. Great vacation!"

"Beautiful, quiet location next to river with spectacular views of covered bridge & VT landscapes! Clean, cozy, bright, rustic home in wonderful rural Woodstock area. Home is conveniently close to most highways & the center of town. The spacious rooms have mix of period & contemporary furniture, adding to the charm. "wonderful serene place to stay. What vacation is meant to be, Go out early morning on the lake and spend it with the loons, fish off the dock , excellent location to sightsee around New Hampshire , hosts were unbelievably attentive especially when the power went out one night."

"Location was awesome, house met the description and was comfortable. Stayed with dog and 3 kids. Doors (or walls?) were a little drafty in the winter, but heating seemed to be ok. Heated floors in bathrooms were really nice. Suggest more than 2 dishwasher tabs per renter. Basement is quite cold but we didn't need to use it for sleeping. Still, 5 stars, great property and would stay again."

"This cottage was adorable! It was clean, although it did have cobwebs. Bathroom was immaculate. Shower is small so be prepared. Kitchen was adequate, it needs a better knife available and a cutting board. The location was good for what we wanted. The lake is not quite out the door as we anticipated due to the pictures presented in the listing. That was a bit disappointing but not a deal breaker. Everyone should go to Plymouth by way of Dick Brown Rd for an awesome experience."

"We stayed for a long weekend at this wonderful property and have nothing but great things to say about the cabin. It appears to have been recently constructed, so everything is exceptionally clean. The interior is thoughtfully designed with wonderful little touches. The kitchen is large and very functional. It is also perfectly stocked. We cook a lot when we travel, so this was quite important to us. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable (good beds and linens). The location suited us very...
