I think the best part about my stay was the friendliness of the staff, everyone I spoke to was so happy, even when I first checked in the two lady’s behind the counter were so cheerful, will more than likely be staying here again!

On the morning of check out I had a bad experience with the early morning staff member who was very rude. I was trying to check out at about 4:30 am and the employee saw us coming and disappeared into a back room and slammed the door. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before she re appeared and then she completely ignored us and I called out to her Mam, we need to check out and she stated we could not that the computer was down and started to walk away and meanly ignores us when I tried to explain I had a flight to catch, She would not look at us or help us just said write your name and e-mail on paper and she walked away. I am a very polite person and very calm and expect the same respect back. To me this person is not a very good representative of your facility and clearly looked like she does not value her job.
