0 Star – Disgusting Room and Terrible Customer Service! I booked this hotel for my husband while he was working out of town, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The room was filthy! The bed was stained, the towels were stained, and the bathroom was disgusting. The overall cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. When I called the front desk to request a different room, the gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that he had already informed my husband of the room’s condition and that my husband said it was okay. My husband speaks very little English, which is one of the reasons I handled the booking for him in the first place. The gentleman then rudely told me there was nothing else he could do because they had no other rooms available. However, when I checked the hotel’s website, rooms were still showing as available! I also contacted Hotels.com regarding the unacceptable conditions, but they at first simply forwarded my concerns to the hotel and told me that any resolution or refund would be up to the property. I later called back and was able to obtain a refund. Absolutely disgusting accommodations and horrible customer service! No guest should have to stay in a room with stained bedding, dirty towels, and an unsanitary bathroom. I would never book this hotel again and would strongly recommend that others stay elsewhere. Completely unacceptable!
