"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."

"This was my second visit to Foshan and I have now spent many nights at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, perfectly designed and decorated, the staff is lovely and accommodating. A+ highly recommended. I think my favorite surprise this trip was the bar on the top floor. We went for a drink and I never expected to absolutely love the live cuban singers/musicians, one of my favorite moments of the trip was enjoying that evening."
