"On arrival the property was relatively clean apart from a number of cobwebs which suggested it handed been lived in for a while. There were a number of crockery and cutlery items still sat on the sink drainer however. There was no bedding or towels and unfortunately the listing was no longer available on vrbo or expedia to check what was included/excluded. Also not available were essentials such as tea towels, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, a bath/shower mat. Im really not quite sure whether the host expected us to bring our own but this is very poor. Overall, it was a convenient and quiet location spoilt by penny pinching."

"We visited Les Gets for the first time and our stay at the Chalet-Hôtel La Marmotte could not have been better. We were warmly greeted by reception, had the most amazing room and so impressed with the cosy lounge. The breakfast was delicious, the location perfect as directly by the slopes and lifts (if skiing). The most relaxing luxurious stay in a quality hotel. We will return, thank you for making our break special."

"Beautiful Modern, stylish, high quality property in quiet location 20 minutes walk(5 mins drive) up a hill from Lovely Les Gets.Very close to the Bus stop (Excellent on time Bus service)to get you to Les Folliets Ski lift which opens up the ability to get to Morzine and Avoriaz easily and quickly as well as missing the lift queues at the bottom of the Village at Ski school times. Chalet is large and modern and perfect for a group of Adults and Children. Plenty of space and the Kitchen has excellent gadgets, Coffee machine, Wine Fridge, raclette, Fondue and fab cutlery, crokery and glasses for every self catering need. The Chalet is split between a downstairs lounge/den and bedrooms (our Teens loved this area) and then the main Kitchen diner/lounge with WC and Boot room before heading up to the 3rd Floor where there are 2-showers and 1-WC alongside the 3-Adults Double rooms.One niggle and a viewpoint:-Nordic Fire Hot tub is excellent but our Management company did not show us how to get it hot, just telling us that it was working even though it was very Cold!!! We did work it out and lit the Fire but we had to buy firelighters and the Chlorine was low, so a heads up would have been helpful before we arrived.Chalet does not have a local bar but this is not an issue if you are happy partying at home or getting the Bus back from Les Gets in the evening. Really positive experience and a top end Chalet created a fabulous Group Holiday. Definitely will return."

"This is undoubtedly the best ski in ski out location available, with an apres ski bar at the doorstep. The apartment has modern bathroom facilities and very adequate sleeping arrangements, although it would be a little cramped with 5. It is pretty well equipped, with the bonus of a dishwasher. The owner was clear and very timely with communications. Access was straightforward too. If there had been a shop close by, that would have been an added bonus. Les Gets is a lovely town, great skiing. All round, a tremendous apartment"
