Bright and pleasant studio, located in a seafront residence, with reserved parking space in the courtyard and shared bicycle storage. 250m from the beach and 450m from the shops, this rental on the 4th floor with elevator includes a living room with kitchen area: 1 sofa bed 140 & 1 fireside bed 85, a bathroom, and separate WC. Equipment: Refrigerator , 2 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, TV, balcony facing the sea, parking.
