Penthouse surrounded by greenery, from the beautiful terrace of 80 square meters furnished with all amenities, including dining table and chairs, sun loungers and sofas, you can admire the lake and the secular park within which the apartment is located.

The apartment has a double bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed with memory foam mattress, and a bathroom with shower. It is also equipped with wi-fi, washing machine and 65-inch smart TV. THE HOT TUB WILL ONLY BE USABLE FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER.

A small supplement of 15€/night is already included in the total to guarantee you an unforgettable experience. Entering the apartment, on the left is the bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the right is the master bedroom with attached walk-in closet.
