Accommodation Description The apartment is part of a condominium and features a cozy living room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. From the kitchen, you can access a terrace with a view of the mountains, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors.
The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished and air-conditioned. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second consists of a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub, with towels and toiletries provided to ensure maximum comfort.
Guest Access Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and private terraces. A dedicated private garage is also available, a valuable feature in an area where parking can be limited. Guests are required to respect the rules for using the shared swimming pool and garden, as established by the condominium regulations, and to maintain respect for the neighbors.

Transport Thanks to the proximity of the train station and the ferry terminal, guests can easily reach other destinations on Lake Como, as well as Milan and Valtellina. With this strategic location, the apartment serves as an ideal base for exploring the entire Lake Como area and its attractions, whether by car or public transport.

Please note that the use of the swimming pool and the heating are seasonal, and there are specific rules for waste management and parking in condominium areas.   . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
