I would not stay at this hotel again in the future. I would opt to stay somewhere closer to the "heart" of Dublin and closer to attractions and restaurants.
We primarily chose this hotel based upon the amenities provided and the cost: fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 stove top burners, laundry facility, etc. So if you like to prepare a lot of meals it would be worthwhile.
The other issue we had was with the service. Since Aparthotel bills itself as part- hotel, part-apartment, you do not receive the same level of service that you would expect with a regular hotel. Furthermore, we experienced a breakdown in service when they were "testing" the fire alarm system. The day prior they had a quick fire test (a few seconds) and signs in the elevator indicating the time and place. The following day, a fire alarm was active for several moments before we checked with a hotel maid and she said that it was a test. Only for her to come back a minute or two later knocking on doors and saying to "get out now". We only had a minute to grab what we could out of the hotel room and flee to safety, only to find out later that it was just another test. Perhaps, they could have a made an announcement relaying this information, rather than having guests fear for their safety and their belongings?
