Everything was great

I would not stay at this hotel again in the future. I would opt to stay somewhere closer to the "heart" of Dublin and closer to attractions and restaurants. We primarily chose this hotel based upon the amenities provided and the cost: fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 stove top burners, laundry facility, etc. So if you like to prepare a lot of meals it would be worthwhile. The other issue we had was with the service. Since Aparthotel bills itself as part- hotel, part-apartment, you do not receive the same level of service that you would expect with a regular hotel. Furthermore, we experienced a breakdown in service when they were "testing" the fire alarm system. The day prior they had a quick fire test (a few seconds) and signs in the elevator indicating the time and place. The following day, a fire alarm was active for several moments before we checked with a hotel maid and she said that it was a test. Only for her to come back a minute or two later knocking on doors and saying to "get out now". We only had a minute to grab what we could out of the hotel room and flee to safety, only to find out later that it was just another test. Perhaps, they could have a made an announcement relaying this information, rather than having guests fear for their safety and their belongings?

They advertised through the Expedia messages for early check in and allow you to pay for it. Then you pay for it and arrive at the hotel to find out it’s absolutely not possible to do early check in - I wish they let the customer know earlier so they could have planned better. This is tough for travellers who had long haul flights and just want to check in early after a long day. Nevertheless it’s an extremely clean hotel, well maintained property, super helpful staff and super convenient location for tourist as it’s walking distances to all major attractions! Would come back again!
