Beau Ridge Cabin (Little Cabin with a big view)

Cozy MOUNTAINTOP cabin / HOT TUB with breathtaking views of the SHENANDOAH VALLEY, beautiful sunsets, starry nights, abundant wildlife and flora. Concerns of traveling BEAU RIDGE CABIN is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following Airbnb's strict, new enhanced COVID protocol. We have secured wifi, good cell service and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range , toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, waffle maker. Mr Coffee drip coffee maker, coffee french press, Kurig with start up pods, George Foreman indoor electric grill, Ninja blender, smoothie maker, hand mixer, pots, pans, dishes , flatware, sharp knives, coffee, sugar and creamer, spices, cooking oil, aluminum foil. A Weber Spirit II propane grill , hot tub , table with umbrella and chairs are on the deck. Beau Ridge has two sleeping rooms, one with a queen bed , TV, and a picture window facing the valley, the other room , a den has a queen bed. the basement is unfinished, locked with owners's storage and not available to guests Barbara and Tom Devoe , your hosts, will be available 24 /7 for any emergencies or questions. Beau Ridge Cabin is located in Skyland Estates subdivision , on 3 acres , close to wineries, orchards, Civil War Trails, Skyline Caverns, Luray Caverns, canoeing, fishing, horse backriding, hiking on the Appalachian Trail, Shenandoah National Park, ballooning, hunting during season in the 4000 acre G Richard Tompson Wildlife Management Area or enjoying one of the largest Trillium colonies in North America. At 1800 feet we are always 10-15 degrees cooler than the city. The Blue Ridge Mountains were named among the 50 most beautiful places in the world. The mountain's blue appearance is due to isoprene released into the atmosphere, lending the mountains their characteristic blue haze. I recommend using that entrance marked by refection tape around a tree trunk. A second , flat, parking area is just past the second driveway entrance . Snow and iced roads are a concern during the winter, I will warn you of unsafe road conditions. Please bring a fire log or bundle of split wood if interested in burning the fireplace. The chimney has no flue. Glass doors to the screen must be left open during a burn. If one requests a late checkout after 11:00 a.m., $20.00 per hour , will be charged. This if only available upon request and approval. PROS and CONS of MOUNTAIN LIFE OUT OF OUR CONTROL Breathtaking views, sunsets and sunrises, cloud formations, electric storms, fresh air, mountain streams, rock formations, birds, raccoons, snakes, bears. stinkbugs, bees, other insects Ice storms, power outages, high winds.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. The view was stunning. The cabin was cozy and everything we could have needed was provided. We really enjoyed the hot tub while taking in an amazing view of the valley. Our host was easy to communicate with and quick to answer if we had a question. Cute Cabin in the Mountains

My husband and I stayed here our wedding weekend as it was close to our venue and it was in the mountains. The cabin was perfect and the hosts made some upgrades to the front porch and the back deck which was a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood was quiet which was much appreciated and the cabin had everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others 😊

Beau Cabin

We had an amazing stay at Beau Cabin this past weekend. The views greet you from the moment you pull in the drive way and continue throughout the home. It made for a spectacular sunset to the west and was really something to wake up to out the bay window of the master bedroom. The home itself is very well organized and extremely clean. It is nice to have the deck to chill out on but also to be able to come inside to the living room and still be able to enjoy the stunning view. The host is quick to communicate and made our check-in process and stay effortless. I would highly recommend Beau Cabin to anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable stay in the mountains with a wonderful view and quick access to nearby hikes!
