“Sorry that the hot tub was not operating. I stay here about once a year to visit family and this property is beginning to look worn out. Public area carpets were not clean. Marketplace was out of stock of popular items. Miss having vending right outside my room. Most disappointing this trip was that I checked in on Friday and my room had not been refreshed when I checked out on Monday. No big deal for me because I was alone and I don’t need much but could be a problem for others.
