This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional.

'Le Chalet Suite' with mountain view, private terrace and Wi-Fi
We decided to treat ourselves to a stay in the Chalet Suite to finish off our snowboarding holiday in Livigno and we weren’t disappointed. Roulette Apartments
staff could not explain properly apartment address. stayed 2 weeks and did not changed the bed linen after 1 week - explanation - cleaner has forgot. sofa bed broken. furniture falling apart and dangerous especially for children.
