“Good sized hotel with Spa facilities. Friendly staff at reception and the bar/restaurant. The meal at the restaurant was good, fairly pricey though. Plenty of parking and a 25 min walk to the centre of Llanelli.”

“Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed.
Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. The cabin had a foul odour throughout of damp. There was mould on the curtains and around fixtures and fittings.
Thirdly, the shower did not drain quickly. By the end of your shower, you were up……
