“Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a...

“This is an amazing property overlooking the sea. It is very modern, light and airy and has an incredibly calm vibe. The deck is perfect for enjoying the beautiful views of the sea and is incredibly private due to the positioning of trees to the left and right and below the property. “Location was excellent, house was huge, lots of space for 10 guests. Rooms were comfortable and ensuites in each room. Ad needs updating as there isnt a hot tub. ”

“Lovely week in this house. We were 3 families. Made use of the 2 car park passes and were able to park the other car in the road alongside the car park. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining room which is a nice communal area. Showers were really powerful. Location is great for train station and walking down to the main area. Recommend the Indian restaurant and Dovey Inn.”

“We stay at the Sea Captain's Town House in August 2024. The house is really nice, very well equipped and very spacious. We all loved the house and the views over the bay are amazing. Parking can be difficult if you have more than one car but we just put one of ours in the public carpark for the week (£21) so wasn't much of an issue. “I loved my time at the yurt, it was such a peaceful and restorative environment! Louise and Anthony were amazing hosts, very responsive with communication and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The beautiful scenery and lovely walks were just what I needed, and Bow Street was a great home-base for me as I did not need a car and could walk to the village for groceries and take the bus or train to surrounding areas. I would absolutely stay here again!”
