El hotel está muy cómodo...un poquito retirado del centro pero puedes caminar y en 20 min estás en todo. Ya si quieres ir a la estación con maletas si es pedir taxi y en 5min te deja ahi. No es nada complicado. El desayuno esta variado y a buen precio.

The room was perfect for an overnight stay. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were good and sorted out an issue with Expedia. There was a good choice at breakfast and the food was freshly prepared.

David in reception was extremely helpful when I had issue pre arrival and welcoming in reception when I checked in. Have used this hotel multiple times as the location is a short walk from family and easy parking and quiet.

Every requirement ticked for us - extra pillows, great coffee, power points by the bed, hair dryer, air conditioning. Evident sustainability efforts. Large on site car park and walkable into town (15-20 min along river). Restaurant food was very good for a chain pub.

We had a wonderful experience at the Starling Cloud, thanks to the exceptional customer service from the entire team. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service really made the meal even more enjoyable. A special mention to Ben, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warm, professional attitude and outstanding service truly stood out. The external building on the bar and restaurant could use a new lick of paint to freshen it up but that's all minor cosmetic maintenance. We look forward to visiting again!
