INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Access is via an electric gate that opens onto an internal courtyard with a green area, shared with other properties; it is possible to park two cars, one of which is in a covered space. Next to the parking space, a cellar houses the laundry area with a washing machine. A few steps surrounded by cascading Bougainvillea lead to the villa entrance with a porch featuring an outdoor kitchen and dining table. From the porch, you can access the internal kitchen, equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove, and well-stocked with utensils.
Villa Alberto is carefully furnished, with wooden furniture and architecture that give guests the warm feeling typical of the coziest homes. The spacious living room is divided into two parts: a small dining room and a lounge area with built-in sofas and a flat-screen TV, wooden beam ceilings, and a wooden staircase leading to the upper floor. The windows open to an enchanting view: a well-kept garden with a green lawn and the gulf of Tavolara Island with its splendid emerald waters; from here, you can admire the sunrise behind the large limestone massif. The covered sea-facing veranda is constantly ventilated and allows guests to stay there even during the hottest hours.
On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with a sea view and a twin bedroom with bunk beds, both served by a bathroom with a shower. The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, an attic with entirely wooden ceilings. Here there is a very large bedroom with a desk, wardrobe, and fireplace, a double bed, and a single bed for a total of 3 beds, next to a spacious bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a ping pong table.
Outside, guests can enjoy the splendid sea view while sitting on the lawn, where children can play in complete tranquility. The lawn area is bordered by small hedges of typical Mediterranean scrub bushes.

The main localities are within a short distance: 1 km from Porto San Paolo, 10 km from Costa Smeralda Airport and the city of Olbia, 7 km from San Teodoro and La Cinta, a long beach with white sands and crystal-clear water. Other nearby beaches include Lu Impostu, Coda Cavallo, Cala d'Ambra, Cala Brandinchi, Cala Suaraccia. Other well-known beaches in the vicinity include Costa Corallina, Cala Finanza, Cala Girgolu, Lu Impostu, Capo Coda Cavallo.
