Room was clean, new or newer carpet, new tile and bathroom fixtures. The bed, paint and decor 1980's or before. Pillow were ok. The air conditioner was also very old and it did not cool, but it did make the room really humid. The room cooled down some over the night, but the air conditioner did make it really humid. The lobby was freshly remodeled and nice and Christi the staff person was helpful for my check in/out.

Comfortable. Slept good all night. Don’t particularly like that they allow dogs to stay in the rooms. Some people are allergic to dog dander. Service dogs are an acception.

Room nasty smell, receptionist came with lysol spray..fridge missing a leg. An old cover blanket on the couch. Breakfast was pretty much gone at 8:30. And no seating available. Property run down. Bed was comfortable.

Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful- I’ll probably stay here again. There’s construction on the road….Marshall is a nightmare for all the construction on hwy 59 and I20.
