Welcome to my front house! Sitting in the foothills SGV mountain , it sleeps 4-6 people. Had big gated front yard. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Smart TV with HBO & DISNEY+ , WIFI access, close to 210 freeway, Rose Bowl, JPL& Old Town Pasadena. About 35 miles from Disneyland, 15 Miles from Universal Studio, 10 miles from downtown LA. Walking distance to McDonalds , Super King Market , LA Fitness & a local coffee shop.
