Dining options not great: sometimes open, sometimes closed with no notification. Sometimes buffet, sometimes a la carte, again no notification. Reception: staff not too friendly (except for one young man, but unfortunately I did not take his name) Not gracefully offering assistance, even to simply call a taxi for me. "The hotel is in such a beautiful location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and the sea view balcony offers amazing views, definitely get the sea view for the extra few pounds it is so worth it! Breakfast is excellent. Staff are amazing apart from one man with grey top knot on reception who was a little rude on a few occasions. Did not spoil it but could do with more customer services training! Rooms are thin and you can hear through the walls easily but it would not...

"Not 525s fault but there are obviously loads of Idiots who rather than close a door quietly will let it slam. Also noise from outside. Flat was well equipped and very clean, bed was comfy. The fridge and freezer door was impossible for my wife to open and even i struggled with it. Good wifi. "
