“The customer service at this hotel is exceptional! You’re able to text them when you need something or have an issue. When I first arrived in the room, I noticed one of the cabinet door hinges were loose & they came within 30 minutes to fix it! The gym is very big & has all kinds of machines & weights you may need.”

“Everything really went very well, and we had a nearly 3-week stay. Minor issues... a couple of times during the stay, only one elevator was working.. but the problem was corrected within a few hours. The other thing... the day we checked out, there were no luggage carts available. I understand that guests can take the carts to their rooms and failr to bring them back down as required. For that reason, I think every hotel should keep a cart in back for the occasions like we had. As you can……

“Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered.”

“Incredible decor and service. We felt like we could truly relax. Very clean and therapeutic pool and spa area, wisteria in full bloom and so fragrant. But I think my favorite part were the conversations with restaurant staff, they were all so friendly, kind, and interesting. Loved it all. ”

“The staff @ check-in and check-out were very professional and friendly. Everything was perfect but we had a King-size bed and there appeared to be dry blood on the foot of the top blanket. Didn't make a big deal out of it because it wasn't near where I was laying anyway.”
