“After a bit of confusion about checking in, we arrived and after that everything was great. It was a surprise to find the window was onto a corridor, but the air con was good so no need to open a window, and also helped to make the room quiet.”

“On first impression it was beautiful to walk into and everything set in place. Staff were accommodating except I felt certain things were misunderstood. Upon arrival we had booked for 3 yet room was set up for two and requesting for additional toiletries for our 3rd guest was a back and forth challenge because first line of communication was AI on WhatsApp which we were not aware of.
Secondly, the open shower concept was not ideal as water ended up pooling and getting all over the bathroom……

“The front desk has some shining stars. Others are pretty dull.
Did not know that our booking “did not come with cleaning” despite being a week long. Cleaning staff was sub par. All of the bar staff was amazing. They kept the vibes going, and were super helpful. Cabana restaurant was a hit or miss but they had a few gems there as well.
Property is right on the water and the pool
Is fun with a few swim up seats. Overall a 7/10 for me.”
