SENSACIONAL!!!

O apartamento atendeu perfeitamente as nossas expectativas. Edifício tranquilo, seguro, bem ventilado, muito bem localizado e com muitas opções p/ lazer e alimentação sem necessidade de utilizar carro. Tv a cabo com todos os canais de nosso interesse, inclusive esportes. Excelente comunicação com o proprietário e nesse período não ocorreu nenhuma intercorrência ou imprevisto. Ah… ar condicionado split silencioso e com manutenção atualizada. Muito obrigada Alexandre … com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar nesse apartamento.

Localização perfeita

Imovel atende bem para 3 a 4 pessoas. O melhor de tudo é a estrutura do condomínio, segurança do local e a localização, pode-se fazer maioria das coisas a pé.

Ótima localização, vista panorâmica parcial a orla de jatiúca, O bem imóvel está de parabéns pela cozinha completa, apt° limpo, área de lazer completa, acessibilidade restrita aos ocupantes do condomínio JTR a praia, todos os porteiros do edifício são bastante educados. Quantos aos pontos negativos; sugiro que providencie apenas o sistema de arrefecimento nos elevadores, principalmente no Elev/Social.

Imóvel confortável, bem decorado e com uma boa Wifi.

As acomodações são ótimas, o apartamento é bem localizado, muito funcional e possui um bom aparato de utensílios que dão conforto na estadia, sentimos falta de uma TV no quarto, pois quando utilizado o sofá cama, e ele era utilizado todos os dias, ficava muito ruim de assistir TV, aliás, o apartamento não é muito confortável para um 4o ocupante, para usar o sofá cama, como cama mesmo, tivemos que utilizar o colchão auxiliar, no colchão do próprio sofá cama era impossível de ter uma noite de sono confortável, que bom que fomos só 3 pessoas, uma quarta pessoa não seria acolhida adequadamente.

O apartamento fica bem fresco, e estava muito bem limpo quando chegámos. A localização é ótima e o proprietario foi muito simpatico connosco. Tinha todo o material que precisavamos, lencois, material para a cozinha, etc. e e' muito agradavel. Recomendo vivamente.

Nossa estadia de dez dias foi muito boa. Me hospedei com meu marido e meu filho de 2,5 anos, tendo o imóvel atendido nossas expectativas. O apartamento está localizado em empreendimento de excelente localização e infra estrutura, com ótima piscina e churrasqueira que ficam no terraço do prédio, com vista para o mar. Os únicos poréns, são que o apartamento possui ar condicionado somente no quarto, com ventilador de teto na sala, que infelizmente, não foi suficiente para amenizar as altas temperaturas de Maceió, já que a posição do apartamento, não permite ventilação na sala. O chuveiro não esquentava, não tendo sido grande problema em razão das altas temperaturas durante a nossa estadia, mas em dias de temperatura mais amena, certamente o banho frio causaria transtornos. A praia de Jatiuca é maravilhosa, águas cristalinas que, dependendo da maré, forma piscinas naturais. Possui muitos bares e restaurantes, inclusive em Avenida próxima ao empreendimento. O proprietário foi atencioso, nos passando todas as orientações preliminares e nos recepcionando em na nossa chegada. Certamente recomendo o imóvel, com observação dos aspectos a serem melhorados em relação a AC e chuveiro.

Gostaria de compartilhar com vocês minha experiência em Maceió , foi minha primeira vez nesta cidade tão linda. Quando comecei pesquisar apartamentos para alugar esse me chamou a atenção pela a localização, segurança no local (principalmente eu que tenho filhos) o laser que ele oferece , o jardim maravilhoso ,sem contar o apartamento é perfeito atendeu minhas expectativas , passei 16 dias maravilhosos ,dormi muito bem o colhão é ótimo , acomoda 5 pessoas perfeitamente enfim super indico esse apartamento. quero agradecer mais uma vez ao proprietário e sua esposa que nos atendeu tão bem , por toda a gentileza e atenção para com a minha família. como já disse antes, ano que vem quero voltar e ficarei ai se ao nosso bom Deus permitir .

Experiência incrível

Nunca tinha tido essa experiência de alugar um imóvel em uma viagem. Aluguei o apartamento do Alexandre com base nas avaliações do Alugue Temporada. Foi muito bom, o apartamento é uma graça, tudo em ordem e conforme mostram as fotos. A localização é incrivel, fica de frente a praia e próximo dos principais restaurantes da cidade. Valeu muito a pena e com certeza indicarei o Alexandre para meus amigos e familiares que pretendem visitar Maceió. Mais uma vez obrigada.

excelente ... super recomendo

Estive hospedada eu e meu marido, chegamos dia 11/08/2015 o ap é lindo e está igual as fotos do anúncio . Os proprietários nos deixaram super a vontade sempre preocupados com nosso conforto .o ap estava super limpo, tinha tudo oq descrevia no anuncio, fácil acesso a tudo, muitos bares, restaurantes e mercado .. Encantador de frente para o mar ..Não tive nenhuma taxa extra, em ambas partes cumprimos oq foi acordado . Voltarei e ficarei no mesmo lugar, recomendo a todos .
