“We spent a week in this very nice house in October 2023. The house is very clean, well furnished and both the owner and the property manager are very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. The house is situated in a very private area, the pool is huge and clean, the grounds are well kept and there are many shaded but also sunny spots. Unfortunately no sea view, but it is only a few minutes by car to the Costa Smeralda with beautiful beaches. The only drawback: below the house there was a storage……

“DIe Zenhütte, die wie ein sehr großes Mobile Home mit einem darüberstehenden Dach und einer großen Terrasse gebaut ist, ist hübsch dekoriert und bietet alles, was zwei Menschen für ihren dortigen Aufenthalt benötigen. Sie liegt gegenüber der Stadt auf einem Hügel mit Privatgrundstücken, die von aufgeschichteten Steinmauern umgeben sind. Ein alter Hohlweg mit sehr großen Steinen führt in 15 Minuten zum Hafen Bonifacios. So kann man dort auch das Nachtleben genießen, wenn man für den Heimweg eine……

“Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie (insgesamt 4Erwachsene u 4 Kinder) Ende August dort u verbrachten wunderbare 11 Tage. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock und sehr großzügig von den Räumlichkeiten! Die Wohnung war sauber u alles wichtige war vorhanden! Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im großen Pool! Die Besitzerin (bewohnt das EG im Haus) war sehr nett u immer ansprechbar -konnte leider nur auf französisch mit uns kommunizieren… Bonifacio ist schnell erreichbar u es gibt tolle Strände u……

“Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen .Allerdings wäre es schön wenn die Küche besser ausgerüstet wäre.Teller,Gläser,gibt es ausreichend,Messer z.B.nur 4 und das sind Steakmesser,usw....und die Sauberkeit liess bei vielen Küchenutensilien zu wünschen übrig...Kaffeemaschine gibt es nur Espressokocher und die waren so verdreckt,dass wir einen neuen gekauft haben...Auch das es etwas muffig riecht,muss ich wie auch schon vorher erwähnt ,bestätigen....Die gestellten Handtücher haben wir selber……

“Very nice rooms with sea view on st Stefano island. Close to everything, lots of restaurants , shops , bicycle and scooter rental , taking the boat to Visit other islands . Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful . Hotel has no dedicated parking, few free places on the street in front , but more free spots can be found within a 5 -10 min walk . The ferry is just over the street from the hotel , and there are a lot coming every hour of the day , people having a sensitive sleep……

“Nice hotel with lovely pool area and views over the harbour. The walk in to town is not very pleasant and so you need a car to access town and surrounding areas so consider this in your planning. We only had the breakfast in the hotel which was excellent. We also did the hotel organised boat trip on Dolce Vita which was outstanding and I highly recommend. Overall the hotel is a bit run down in the common areas etc but the pool area is lovely. ”
