"This property is very tired, and the first room we were given was loaded with Black Mold. We showed them the issue and they moved us to another room. This hotel is a best a hostel but should not be listed on Expedia until it has significant improvements and a thorough remodel."

"The staff was amazing and the apartment well appointed and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The internet was good. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the noise. You could hear when neighbors climbed the stairs, opened their doors etc. If you are a heavy sleeper this won’t bother you. The front yard was filled with colorful flowers. Lovely property. "

"Located out out of the "downtown" area, this hotel was nice and quiet. The room was warm and comfortable for the three of us. The owners were delightful folks and the staff courteous and efficient. Breakfast was included. As we had a rental car, being a bit out of town was a non-issue. (though taxis in Ushuaia are inexpensive). "The place is pretty new (believe it was built in July of 2023), so it was very nice and modern. I didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared to have everything someone would need. You have a view of the mountains from the window. However, there is a horrible smell (like sewage) coming from a drain in the bathroom that makes the whole apartment smell if the windows are not kept open. Side note to keep in mind: you are only given one roll of toilet paper, so buy some if you plan on a stay longer than...
