"Site says desk open 24hrs. When arrived no one there. However, they nicely left an envelope with my name on it and directions to my room. At first glance we were happy. Then: -Opened fridge and an opened coke bottle was in there. -Pulled sheets up and there was a pen inside the sheets and hair all over the right side of the bed. -Shower pan black swirls Room wasn’t cleaned properly from prior guests."

"The staff is great and the room was clean and comfortable. We were there with snow on the ground and we were disappointed that they didn't get a fire going in their community room. We wanted to sit and play games there but it was too cold. He said they only do fires on the weekend, which was really something I believe they should consider changing.
