"nice hotel. good bed. tv didn't work. staff tried to fix. when we checked out we asked to be comped a room the next time we were in town. we were told yes, the mgr would call us. never heard from them."

"Rooms were very clean, great coffee in the room. The resort(the actual area in general )is in “mud month”. Very few restaurants and stores were open. Not the fault of the resort. Refrigerator needed to be requested. The views were spectacular and the lobby was beautiful "

"We have been coming here for almost twenty years. The property could use a little tlc, but it also has a lot of charm. Pablo at the front desk was the best attendant we have ever had. He really made the experience better. Our AC was not working but within minutes an engineer came up and was able to fix it no problem. Room was very clean with lots of towels. Only downside was that the hot tub was broken for most of our stay. We LOVE the hot tub so that was a major bummer for us. But we will be back. I thought it was a great value."
