“The Reluctant Panther was a cut above the other inns that I have stayed at. On check in, we were walked to our room and shown where everything was. The room was very large and comfortable. There was a nice seating area in front of a fireplace. We chose to eat dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and had a truly excellent meal and excellent service. Breakfast is served in a basket that can be picked up in the dining room or delivered to your room. All in all, our stay was exceptional. ”

“I did not like the fact to have to drive to the pool because it was raining. The gym very outdated. No water in the outside hot tub. Breakfast did not look good so we skipped it. The pond dock was falling apart, the boat was half sunk with cans littered in it. The pond itself needs upkeep. Ice machine was broke and the bar wasn't open. No microwave in the room. The rooms are nice just to many cons.”

“This was such a disappointment! My wife and I went for our 30th Anniversary as we stayed there about 30 years ago and loved it!! My wife wanted to go again. I was skeptical as I saw the reviews were not the greatest and the price was a lot cheaper than it once was. I told my wife that we may not want to go but she insisted. The reviews were being nice!
