Room was ok, staff were a bit dismissive and ignored me for a while at the front desk but overall it was a pleasant stay

The Alan
The room was not up to standard even after paying for upgrade. No rugs in room and unable to hang clothes due to cabinet under clothes rail which made no sense. Staff were not too interested in assisting us either with upgrade. Shame really :(
