I booked a junior suite for us in February for a stay in May. When we arrived, they told us that they had overbooked and there was not a room available for us. I would suggest avoiding this hotel unless you want your reservation canceled for no reason.

The staff was very nice. The environment was pleasant and clean. The only thing that I would suggest is maybe putting some more lighting in the bedroom it’s very dark even with the 2 wall lamps.

The building and lobby were very nice and clean, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, our room was a completely different experience. There were pills on the floor along with a noticeable amount of crumbs and it was clear the room hadn’t been vacuumed before our arrival. Cleanliness in the rooms really needs to be improved to match the rest of the hotel.

This was my second stay with the hotel and once again I had an absolutely wonderful time. I loved my room which had a view of the mountainous background, the staff was so friendly and helpful, a gentleman was even able to get me into my room an hour earlier than my expected check in time. They even have a small nook in the main lobby for snacks, drinks and other necessities available for purchase anytime during your stay. Anytime I stay at Bedford, this will definitely remain my go to hotel pick.

We were greet promptly and with a smile by a gentleman when checking in. Room was clean. We have only a few small issues, we were excited to eat at their little dining and bar spot and found it to be an inconvenience because they only had 1 employee running the kitchen and bar all while receiving room orders on top of people coming to be seated, the poor women was overwhelmed an had to shut down early because of to many orders and people in the bar. Another issue we booked for 4 people, the pull out couch didn't have an sheets or blankets on it and there were no extras in the closets or draws so we used some of the blankets on the beds as it was late an didn't bother calling the front desk to wait to get some sent as we just wanted to sleep. Then in the morning we didn't realize it until going to shower we were only provided 3 towels so we had to improvise there as well as one of us used a smaller one to dry off. But other than that it was a great stay an might stay again if in the area as it's close to the shopping malls.

Room was clean, check in and out was easy. Only downfall was the bar/restaurant was less than expected. After spending the day in the area, we had planned to have drinks and dinner at the hotel so that we could just relax. The restaurant menu only had a few items, all of them cooked in an air fry machine. The bartender was very helpful and recommended other options that were close.

I stayed from Saturday until Tuesday and no one ever stopped by to change sheets, bring towels or toilet paper until I called for them to bring it. I will be making a different choice next time I am in this area. It’s a clean hotel but housekeeping is too limited for my liking. The rooms are also not sound proof because the group of teenagers making noise throughout the hotel running around definitely disturbed my peace.

Basic accommodations. Clean and modern. Missing some essentials such as a dresser or a place to put your coffee next to the only chair in the room. Elevators are ridiculously slow.
