"I've asked for a room on a lower floor,and got a lovely room on the 2nd floor. Very comfortable bed and big shower cubicle too.I've stayed in a 4* hotels and actually rate Premier Inn, better than some of the 4stars! Staff are very pleasant and helpful. 10 min walk from the Mannheim train station too,therefore convenient for early departure. Danke,grazie mille."

The staff were very helpful in giving directions and providing additional pillows! The breakfast offered hot and cold options that were all very tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable.
