One of our favorite places. We only had issues because it was hot weather and although the themostat appeared to have a cool setting there was no functional air conditioning and room was over 76 degrees. We had to sleep with the window open which was a very loud night given the downtown Portland area.

This is an OK hotel for the price. The feel and condition are similar to a Motel 6 but it is a good location with parking in The downtown Portland area. Parking is very tight with little to no room if anyone parks next to you though.

I recently stayed at the Mark Spencer Hotel in Portland and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we checked in. The rooms are beautifully decorated, offering a cozy, boutique feel with all the modern amenities you could ask for. Its location is unbeatable, nestled right in the heart of Portland, making it easy to explore the city's best attractions on foot. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a charming and convenient stay in Portland.
