"A pousada tem localização ruim, ao lado da rodovia principal de Porto de Galinhas e o barulho dos carros trafegando é muito incomodo e consequentemente, não permitem dormir. A estrutura da pousada é muito ruim, com camas, colchões, travesseiros e lençóis velhos e com cheiro de mofo. Não existem black out nos quartos e logo cedinho um enorme claridade entra, acordando a todos. O café da manhã é muito ruim, poucos itens que ligo acabam e é preciso que o hóspede solicite reposição e fique...

"Eu gostei. É organizada, o quarto tem frigobar, ar, TV com streaming, o banheiro é limpo e tem regulagem de temperatura no chuveiro. O café da manhã é simples, mas completinho: dois tipos de frutas, dois tipos de sucos, Iogurte e cereais ( aveia, sucrilhos, Granola etc), um tipo de bolo, pão, biscoito, queijo, presunto, cuscuz salgado, ovo mexido etc. O check-in foi às 15h e chegamos às 12h, mas eles têm um espaço para deixar as malas e banheiro para uso enquanto o quarto não estava...

"Sistema all inclusive muito bom. Suporte de manutenção muito ruim. Fiquei hospedado de quarta a domingo. Abri chamado na recepção na quarta, quinta, sexta e sábado para desentupir a pia do banheiro, algo muito simples. A resposta era sempre a mesma: vamos comunicar agora à manutenção. Até a minha saída no domingo, nenhuma providência foi tomada!!!"
