Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment featuring rooftop terrace, with amazing location in heart of Marbella Old Town. The property is split over two floors, with the lower level offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. The rooftop terrace has a covered alfresco dining area, large gas BBQ, and sun beds with umbrellas.



The property is minute’s walk from countless restaurants and bars, 3 minutes from Marbella historic Orange Square, and 10 minutes from the beach!



Both bedrooms are similar and size, both featuring double beds, ceiling fans, plenty of storage space, and access to bathroom with bath/showers. All rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold), and the apartment has strong fibre optic WIFI (100mbps).
