Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental boasts a private outdoor space featuring a heated pool, garden, open and covered terraces, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. In the premises of the property guests can find Rio Verde beach, Banus marina and its numerous restaurants and shops. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Baby sitter service upon request.
