Condo is as advertised Beautiful view from living room and master bedroom. Very modern and clean. Fireplace worked well and can be used in a non heat mode. Beds were quite comfortable. Pool. hot tub, restaurants, boats were conveniently close. Tom is an excellent host.

Our children got along the entire time

Our girls are 7 and 12. They either love each other or hate each other while home. At Tom’s and the lovely Marco Island, they got along so well our entire stay. It was so beautiful there and so much to work with swimming, renting a boat and booking a jet ski rental. Can’t wait to go back!

Condo was immaculate. It featured stunning views of the bay. It was centrally located which was a big plus. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo. The owner thought of everything. Owner was a call away. Condo had a lot to do with the pleasant experience we had on Marco island. We hope to visit again soon.
