Bathroom tiles are slippery when dry, wet and it is like walking on ice. No body soap is provided, although specifies so. Shampoo smeels like tobacco. This is fraud! There's no such hotel in Mardin at all, and the building like on the photo does not exis. The phone also does not exist. I had to look for other place to stay and now I will try to return my money
