The staff were really nice and breakfast was generous with bread, dips, eggs and cake. The bed though was very uncomfortable and they serve dinner with music in the courtyard so can be difficult if you are a light and early sleeper.

Front staff is very accommodating. The place is located conveniently to souks. However if you are late, i suggest contacting the riad through the travel agency to make sure reservation is intact otherwise you have a chance of loosing it.

Loved the breakfast and mint teas they gave us. The hotel was pretty tricky to find and did not respond to messages through Expedia. The rooms are fine, the courtyard is very nice as is the rooftop. Was going to give 5 stars due to the good price to service ratio. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication when we booked our taxi to leave where we were charged 3x more than we were initially told. Had we known the accurate price earlier we would have booked another taxi service. Overall, good experience, fair value.

Reasonable stay

The riad was a little difficult to find since the sign was hidden. Also can not been seen from the street. A few men we paid 20 dirham each walked us to the riad. The riad could be an amazing spot. The riad has some very authentic and nice outside arenas. The room was very cold in night time even we had blankets. The bathroom was really outdated. For the price the riad is reasonable. The riad arranged Pick up to the airport at 4 AM and the guy walked is to the transport at night time. The riad has for sure potential ♥️

Malgré un personnel très gentil et serviable nous avons très déçus par notre séjour. Le jour de notre arrivée, personne n'était là pour nous accueillir et au bout de 45 mn d'attente on a appris que notre chambre n'existait plus. On a du dormir a 4 dans une chambre de 3. Le lendemain une autre famille vivait la même aventure alors qu'on passait enfin en chambre de 4. Celle ci était sans tv, coffre fort et Climatisation. L'ensemble de l'hôtel a du charme mais est assez vétusté et les lieux de vie comme les chambres sont minuscules. Nous attendons toujours un retour quant à notre dédommagement.

There wS no pRking place but on the booking side it stand the have one that was not true so I must pay separate a parking lot for usd 10 and must walk over 1km 2nd my room was the best from all an the mist expensive about usd 90/night the room was dirty and all others was much more smaller so 2x2sm, choose another hotel don't believe the picture
