"There was a problem.with the TV and the host came all the way out to property to fix it for us the same day. We were blown away with how quickly it was sorted. The property was lovely, the kitchen well-stocked with all the equipment you'd need and the place was clean and tidy. Great location for trips to the beach or lounging around in bad weather. "This is our 3rd night,1st check-in our room was not cleaned so they moved us . The staff person was gracious and moved us immediately. The spa bath did not work and not Netflix .2nd night everything was great . We did not use Ac so we did not notice any issue ."

"Summer Inn was a perfect location for our 2 nights in Orewa. Excellent beach access, 10 minute walk to beautiful Alice Eaves Scenic Reserve and 10 minute walk to MANY restaurants & shops. Was a BONUS to discover all rooms were completely renovated in 2025. On-site parking is plentiful and free. "
