“Stayed here with my family for a week and a half. It couldn't have been a better experience. The staff and security are top notch. The house is even more beautiful than expected as the photos don't do it justice. The property is located in a quiet, private, and tranquil area but still close to shopping, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend it for a stay in Managua.”

“La atencion fue de lo mas excelente... La persona que cuidaba la casa nos dio informacion para poder disfrutar nuestra estadia y lo cual fue asi. Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces. Me encanto la cercania de la propiedad a la playa y el espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%.”

“We had a nice experience staying here. We chose this location as it was centrally located for all family members to drop by and visit with us. The area was nice and well maintained. I was surprised to find that my childhood preschool was located across the street from the house. It was a pleasant memory to relive. I recommend this location for families. 👍👍”

“Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable!! Agregamos el servicio del aire acondicionado y es un aire bastante fuerte y sentimos bien ricos en el calor de Managua. Karla, la dueña es super amable, nos llevó en su propio carro a mostarnos la zona y dos dejó en un restaurante. Ella es muy servicial y pendiente de cualquier cosa. El apartemento es muy amplio y comodo y bien mantenido. Sentimos seguros y bien atendidos. Recomiendo ese lugar y esparamos volver allí en el futuro. ”

“Very secluded, nice for a week of relaxation. Too secluded for a long stay. Belkis was great, took care of problems occurring in a timely manner. The food at Belkis restaurant is amazing, everything is freshly made from scratch. The ocean and beach are lovely. There’s no microwave in the kitchen, lots of ants and some mice, got to keep all your food in the fridge! We still had a great time, but 9 weeks is too long!”

“Mavella is awesome. She is incredibly helpful arranging your taxis, everything. Having a kitchen, and a nearby grocery store is awesome. Managua is hot. Like really hot. The 2 mini-split ac units in the apartment is key. Love this place!”

“I enjoyed staying with my family. The property needed some plumbing maintenance but got fix by the second day. The housekeeper lady was excellent and cordial.”

“Don't get me wrong.... it was a lovely house in pictures they showed on the website.... I wish I could post some of my pictures... The bad .... the 1st floor bathroom was under the stairs. To the end of the faceing toilet to the wall you had 4 inch... so if you sat down you were kissing the wall. If your tall than 5'6 you had to tilt your head to the side if you're standing up going to the bathroom. So you have to Shuffle yourself sideways into the bathroom to use it and you have to shuffle……

“It wasn't the worst place in the world, but it was quite far from the best. Definitely subpar. We stayed 4 nights. The overall level of cleanliness was abominable. The floors were filthy, as were the countertops, and I could not bare to touch the light switches because they had never been wiped and were so grimy that they appeared brown (especially in the bathrooms). There was absolutely no water pressure in any of the showers or upstairs sinks. The shower was a thin stream about 3 inches from……

“Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. I sent the staff out of the room and actually sprayed the bedsheets with insect repellent! It worked, as I was able to sleep (in my clothes) and the……

“The room was clean, and cozy. However, I woke up a few times itching on my neck and back. I placed some discarded food items in the bathroom trash can. When I woke up the bathroom was full of ants, and not the sugar ant kind, they bit me all over my legs. ”
