Si vous rêvez d'un endroit sûr et tranquille à Saly, le studio de Philippe est un havre de paix
Studio TRES tranquille, sécurisé, non loin du centre, des restaurants, de la magnifique plage du Safari, des supermarchés, des boutiques et artisans locaux. Très belle terrasse. Piscine magnifique. Cadre studio/maison de l'hôte superbe. Hôte à l'écoute. Expérience très positive. A recommander. Merci à l'hôte.

Appartement moyennement correct, au 1 er étage au-dessus de l’habitation du propriétaire, situé à environ à 500 m de la mer et à 500m du centre de ville de Saly et non à 200 et 300 m. Contact avec le loueur : distant Problème pour ce studio, la télévision est prévue dans l’annonce avec raccordement cable / satellite mais en réalité dans celui que nous avons occupé, on est bien relié au satellite mais il n’y a pas de décodeur ou démodulateur, de ce fait nous n’avons eu droit qu’à une seule chaîne française la France 24 avec que des informations en boucle. Plus de 3 semaines rien qu’avec une seule chaîne d’informations, ce n’est vraiment pas intéressant. Autant dire qu’il n’y a pas de télévision dans l’appartement. Pas de grille-pain non plus, comme tout est prévu sur l’annonce. Vous pouvez bénéficier du lave-linge du propriétaire situé à l’intérieur de son habitation. Il serait aussi intéressant d’avoir un micro-onde et un peu plus de vaisselle. La vaisselle actuelle est insuffisante. Il manque aussi sérieusement de lumière dans le studio, nécessaire d’utiliser la lampe de chevet ou téléphone portable pour cuisiner le soir. Il faudrait une lampe centrale. Problème aussi, pour l’arrivée. On ne peut prendre la location qu’à 14 heures alors que la plupart des avions pour le Sénégal volent la nuit avec arrivée au petit matin (4 heures). Possibilité d’avoir l’appartement au petit matin, mais il faut payer la nuit en supplément. Sinon, au rez- de- chaussée, belle propriété et belle piscine, « un peu fraîche en décembre », mais très propre devant l’habitation du propriétaire que vous pouvez disposer durant votre séjour. Un autre problème de la région, ce sont les plages : Presque toutes les plages sont des plages privées pour les résidences et hôtels donc impossible de s’allonger sous les cocotiers ou filaos si vous n’êtes pas rattachés à ces résidences et hôtels. Vous vous faites chasser par la sécurité. Dommage pour les touristes qui ne sont pas dans ces résidences et hôtels et dommage aussi pour la population locale qui se rabat sur des plages non surveillées et plus dangereuses. Enfin, les 2 plus : vous aurez droit à des températures agréables même en hiver et une "Fatou" et un "gardien" très agréables.

Pas de mot pour qualifier la qualité et la propreté de la propriété tellement il n’y a vraiment rien à redire. Certains hôtels 4 étoiles de Saly devraient s’inspirer de la location de Philippe. Je recommande vivement
