He said they had to order gravy and the truck only comes twice a week. I suggested keeping a check on inventory. lol. I joked with him and said super wall mart was one exit away. Overall short great stay. I ordered a non-smoking room and the only room they said was available when I arrived at nearly midnight was a smoking room!! They insisted on the fact that’s what I booked but would not give me a refund because I booked through Expedia. I had driven 4.5 hours with a 1.5 year old only to have to leave to find another hotel. Besides the lights wouldn’t come on in the room either. Terrible service. The workers act like they couldn’t give us more towels the towels was not so clean .i had to leave back out and go buy towels. Those rooms need a deep clean The microwave was filthy and rusted and the inside of it. The app said check out time is 12 pm house cleaning comes knock on the door and tell us we was supposed to be out at 11am . I least my phone in he room i call to let them know I’m trying my phone they tell me it’s not there . When I’m looking at the location. Manager hangs up in my face twice .
