“What a wonderful place to stay, right on the water. Loved the boat rides, beautiful views from the porch and yummy snacks. Breakfast was outstanding. We definitely were pampered.”

“thought it was a bit pricey for the time of year. good location, not much traffic noise and since it was off season, not very many staying in the hotel. it could definitely use some upgrades, buckets in places to catch water leaks and it took FOREVER to get hot water running in the room, but the room was clean and comfortable.”

“Owls Nest is located on our favorite end of Deep Creek Lake. We loved the cottage style and decor with everything you truly need for a comfortable and fun stay. The best part for us was the inclusion of kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. The fishing wasn’t bad either. Next we will stay longer.”
