“The wifi was not that good, my room 103 some times couldn't connected. The kitchen is locked after the own left! So couldn't cook by yourown! The room is clean, the breakfast is good as well!”

“I am incredibly disappointed with our stay at Hotel Nova. For the price charged, the food, rooms, and service fell completely short of expectations. More importantly, we experienced serious safety and management issues. During our stay, the shower suddenly surged to a scalding temperature, burning our five-year-old daughter badly enough to reduce her to tears. “Our room had a weird smell to it, closet handle fell off during our stay, and was upset with how fast they took breakfast away one of our days. Breakfast is from 7am-11am and one day they started cleaning up breakfast before 10:30am. There is no elevator and so we are glad we only had to carry all of our belongings up two stories and not further.”
